Our Role
Lead architect for concept and schematic design. We developed the architectural vision, spatial planning, and material strategy, collaborating closely with local consultants to ensure regional compliance and contextual sensitivity.
Challenge
Designing a bespoke luxury villa on an elevated site in the Lebanese hills, balancing panoramic views with privacy, climate-responsive design, and high-end finishes — all while expressing a modern, minimalist architectural language.
Approach
We created a clean, geometric villa design that maximises indoor–outdoor living through large glazed openings, shaded terraces, and seamless material transitions. The plan layout separates public and private spaces, with an open-plan living core flanked by sleeping quarters, a wellness suite, and guest accommodation.
Solution
The final design is a sleek, modern villa that blends Mediterranean minimalism with bold architectural gestures. Floor-to-ceiling glazing captures sunset views over the hills, while natural stone, timber cladding, and concrete finishes create a refined palette. This project represents our capability in delivering high-end, climate-conscious residential architecture abroad.
