Challenge
Delivering three high-specification new build homes on a sensitive suburban site in Devonshire, while meeting local planning policies around layout, privacy, and visual character.
Approach
We developed a site-responsive design for three detached houses that maximised plot efficiency while respecting the rhythm and scale of the surrounding residential area. Each home was tailored for family living, with generous internal layouts, off-street parking, and private outdoor space.
