Approach
We secured planning permission for five detached homes, each designed to maximise usable space and ensure a strong sense of privacy between plots. The architectural language was carefully considered to complement the surrounding context while maintaining construction efficiency and cost control.
Solution
By balancing contemporary design with local character, we delivered a residential scheme that meets planning expectations and market demand. We also provided full construction drawings to support a smooth transition from planning approval to on-site delivery: demonstrating our end-to-end capability across design and technical stages.
